Okay guys. I quit because I’m busy having a life But anyways, I am now an admin at two sites that I really love and I’m friends with both the oweners. The sites are great for meeting new friends, chatting, and you can find lots of great information on both the sites and enter super fun contests, like fashion or igloo contests. I REALLY want you to visit these sites, because they’re probably my favorites, and me and my frieds would really appreciate it, and if you’re a nice person (which I’m sure you are) hopefully you’ll drop by for a visit.

Start Saving Your Coins!!

Hello Penguins!

I just wanted to tell you to save your coins because we’ve got some really cool stuff coming up over the next few weeks. First off, the “Coins for Change” project starts on Friday which allows you to give your coins to help three different charities. Once you’ve given away some coins, you’ll want some coins for the new furniture catalog coming out this week. Try your best to decorate your igloo for the Holiday igloo contest and you could win 10,000 more coins!

Along with that, a new show starts at the Stage on Friday so you’ll want to pick up a few costumes and join in or take a seat and watch the production. I will give you a hint about this new theme and say it’s something many of you have asked for. I can also tell you it’s not a Christmas theme. We thought with the upcoming Christmas party, it would be neat to have something different for the Stage.

Because Disney… Excuse me, Club Penguin, was working out bugs with the Emotes they launched them either today or late yesterday. Idk, I just found out now, so anyways, I’ll post them.

New Catalogue Secrets + New Pin + New Smileys + News on Coins for Change

Heyyy there guys, sorry I didn’t post the catalogue secrets soon; I’ve been busy… And I need to leave again soon, so I’ll make this post quick.

Click on the Snowflake (has purple square around it) near the Blue Turtleneck Sweater if you’d like the Red Viking Helmet. Open and close the Red Viking Helmet Window 4 times for the Blue Viking Helmet.

Okaaay, if you’d like the Red Guitar, click on the Headphones.

Now, if you’d like the Swim Goggles, click on the N in CLEARENCE.

Also, here is where the new pin is. It’s called Holly and is located on the tree I’m sitting next too. Kinda hard to see, but it’s VERY cute.

And, here’s some not-so-great news about Disney’s Coins for Change…

A lot of really kind caring people are posting on websites and saying “Donate all your coins!” or things like “I’m donating 10,000 coins!” But, you have to understand, donating your coins is like VOTING. You donate your coins to see which charity gets the biggest piece of the 1 million dollar jackpot. Disney (and Club Penguin) are donating 1,000,000 dollars to 3 charities REGARDLESS if they get any CP coins or not. The coin thing is to just see where CP players want most of the money to go; so no. Donating a lot of coins wont change the amount. It’s going to be 1 million $, and no amount of coins is going to change that. They’re donating 1 million $ and that’s it, so I’d say to save your coins, because regardless, the charities will get their money; and donating extra coins is not going to make Disney donate more real-life money.

Club Penguin Current News + Disney Stuff (Also, new catalogue and new smileys are coming tommorow!)

Heyy, remember when I predicted that CP would change the play about monthly? Ha I was right (and I was right about the yellow puffles too.) So anyways, these costumes would be AMAZING for next Halloween, so stock up if you plan on being here next year. My fav is the purple spacesuit, because purple is an awesome color (it’s the color of royalty and nobility.)

And, Christmas in CP is coming and is one of THE funnest times of the CP year. This year it’s running from December 21st to January 2nd, and it’ll be fun, so don’t miss it.

Also, another point of interest is the Christmas Igloo Decorating Contest; the judging is from the 14th to the 18th, and since you don’t know when they’re checking out your igloo, I suggest getting your igloo ready by the 13th or 14th. The themes are a Crazy Christmas, a White Christmas, and a Classic Christmas. The winners will be announced on December 20th, and the prize is getting your penguin in the paper and 10,000 coins. So start decorating

And I have a question for you guys, do you think I should totally redecorate my igloo for the contests? What contest do you guys want me to enter? Crazy, White, or Classic Christmas? Answer on this post And don’t worry coins and design skills are not a problem; if I do redo my igloo, I’ll keep that design until Febuary and switch it back to the classic one (shown above.) So yeah, vote on which one you want me to do! I was thinking White and I could use the big-screen TVs with the fireplace channel, since the black against the white is very mod, and the orange of the fire would really stand out, but I want to hear your ideas.

And here are some things that were added to the Club Penguin Start Page (the page before logging in) I know that what’s shown in the second pic was added a while ago, but it kinda pissed me off today so I decided to post it. Aren’t you kind of mad at Disney? When Club Penguin was purchased they had promised that Club Penguin would remain almost entirely the same… I kinda hate Disney right now; they also posted this on their site…

Disney is acting as though it originally CREATED CP, and they’re trying to market it towards younger kids. It’s going in the direction of Toontown and Webkinz, and frankly, I’m not happy.

New Emotes!!

Hello Penguins!

Many of you have been wondering what happened to the “heart” and “skull” emote and I apologize for not giving you the heads up. We got a lot of comments from kids and parents that didn’t like those emotes for various reasons and so we decided to replace them with brand new ones. We know that some of you really liked them and we took a lot of time to think about it before we changed it. The brand new emotes will be launched this Friday along with bringing the “flower” emote into the menu for the first time! Hopefully you like the new ones as much as the old ones. We’ll try to add some more in the future!

In other news: We’re launching the first Christmas and winter themed stuff this weekend so be sure to check out the new clothing catalog on Friday! It is going to be a lot of fun!

Smileys Disappeared! They’re Disney-fying CP!

Club Penguin recently got rid of the Flower Smiley, the Skull Smiley, and, worst of all, the Heart Smiley. They’re disney-fying CP! Seriously, I think they deleted it because they thought it was inappripriate. I bet they’re trying to make it so they have a younger audience playing the game. Who agrees? Doesn’t this kinda suck?

Yellow Puffles!!

Hello Penguins!

Hopefully most of you have had a chance to see the newest member of the puffle family! The Yellow Puffle was discovered around the launch of The Stage and they definitely love their art. As always, we’d love to hear what you think! It is currently only available for members, but don’t worry, we plan to have some cool free stuff for everyone at the Christmas party! Speaking of Christmas, I heard there might be another igloo contest coming up so be sure to start thinking about how to decorate your igloo for this event!

In other news: We are really excited about “Coins for Change” and we hope you are too. There has been some confusion and so I’ll try to help clear it up. Club Penguin has dedicated $1 million real dollars to give away, but you will be able to use your coins to say where it goes. When the program starts on December 14th, you will be able to decide between three different places to give your coins. You can give to just one, or all three, its up to you. At the end, we will figure out how many coins went to each group and the real money will be given to them. Since this money comes from a portion of each subscription, we wanted you to help decide where it goes! Hopefully that makes sense. We’ll explain more as we get closer to starting.

Coins for Change!!

Hello Penguins!

Christmas is just around the corner and we’re excited about all the events that are coming to Club Penguin this holiday season.

Along with all the fun events like new parties, new events, new furniture, etc., I wanted to be the first to let you know about something brand new we’re doing this Christmas!

We’ve decided to call it “Coins for Change.” This idea came from you by letting us know how much you want to make a difference in the world! We thought this Christmas would be the perfect time to do something about it.

A total of $1 million dollars will be donated to actual organizations and you get to decide where it goes! By donating your Club Penguin coins in game, you’ll be able to help kids around the world, help kids who are sick, and help the environment.

I’ll try to get you more details over the next few weeks, but remember to read the Club Penguin
Times on Thursday for more information.

Western Party!!

Hello Penguins!

The votes were counted, and it turns out you all wanted to see the Western Party one more time!! A lot has changed in Club Penguin since the last Western Party, so our team worked hard to add a few more rooms and a few new features like the bonfire and the tumbleweeds. As always, we’d love to hear what part you like the best so we can all keep making Club Penguin even better!
